Welcome to week 2! Mandy's Card Chain Swap: We had fun creating this Z fold card, which kept the same shape along the chain, but decorated very differently! Today I am card number 3 out of 10 cards. If you have come here from Caroline Evans then you are in the right place. I had so much fun playing with this card. I really love the tiny flowers in Celebratory Sips paper. The orange reverse side is on the inside of the card. The Everyday Arches Dies were fun shape to use especially on their side. Loved using the flowers from Impressions Abloom Dies and the Happy Birthday from the Layered Thoughts stamp set. Cardstock colours used are: Bubble Bath, Secret Sea and Timid Tiger. The original card is from Mandy Witherby . I do hope you are enjoying this card chain blog. Next up is Genna Gifford . Blog Hop Index
Hello and welcome to week 3! This week we started with Sharni Green with her lovely card and I was second in the chain! Wow how lucky was I as I know Sharni and really loved her card. If you have arrived here from Sharni's page then you have arrived at the correct spot. If this is your page, you might want to go back and see the original card on Sharn's page ! Did you know we started this Chain Card Swap back in May? It was a lot of fun to receive a card and then CASE (Copy And Steal Everything) the card and send it on to the next person on our list! Here is my version of Sharni's Card. I had fun with the Turtle-y Awesome paper packet (DSP). Loved using the Turtle Textures Embossing folder on Granny Apple cardstock with a little bit of sandpaper to bring out the white core. Crumb cake, crushed curry and the dotty paper all worked well together. The cute turtle was fussy cut out! The next exciting card to look at is on Mo...
Welcome to week 6 of Card Swap Chain! This week, it is my card that starts the chain! I was a little nervous when I first did this cards as I had never done a Card Swap Chain. But it is always good to step out of your comfort zone and give something new a turn! This was a great time to use the damask designs embossing folder on the Night of Navy card stock as the background for the card. The dotty paper is from Celebratory Sips and the gorgeous flowers are die cut fro Impressions Abloom (currently on last chance). The sentiment is from Layered thoughts photopolymer stamp set and the gems are from 2025-2027 in colour flat pearls! I hope you like how you can easily copy this card with your own papers and cardstock! The next person is Julia and I hope you have fun seeing how much this card changes along the way.
